Here are some great links on gluten sensitivity/intolerance. How do you know if you are sensitive or 'allergic' to gluten? Listening to your body is still the best way. Remove gluten from your diet for 30-60 days and see how you feel. Then reintroduce gluten and see what happens. In my case, hay fever and grass allergies disappear with a gluten-free diet and come back when I add gluten back in. It's not just about the gut, people! For every one person that has Celiac Disease, eight are sensitive (mildly to severly)to gluten in another area of their bodies. Do the research - it could save your life!
